Five Programs.
One Mission.

From fitting a single prosthetic limb to running multi-city rehabilitation camps — every program we run is clinically backed, transparently funded, and independently audited.

Prosthetic limb fitting by certified clinician
Program 01 01

Prosthetic Limb Access Program

Our flagship program provides complete prosthetic limbs — above-knee, below-knee, upper limb, and myoelectric devices — to specially-abled individuals who cannot afford market-rate care.

Unlike device-donation drives that hand over equipment without clinical oversight, every beneficiary in this program is assessed, fitted, and followed up by a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist from our partner clinic, Pro-Ortho Perfect India.

How It Works
1Patient is referred by a doctor, social worker, NGO, or directly via our contact form
2Clinical assessment by a certified CPO at the nearest Pro-Ortho Perfect clinic
3Device prescribed and fabricated based on the patient's specific limb profile and activity level
4Fitting session — patient learns to use the device with therapist guidance
5Follow-up at 30, 90, and 180 days for adjustments and ongoing support
Who is Eligible
  • Any individual with limb loss or congenital limb difference, regardless of age
  • Household income below ₹3 lakh per annum (for fully subsidised devices)
  • Partial subsidy available for income between ₹3–8 lakh
  • Referrals from government hospitals, PHCs, or social workers prioritised
Rehabilitation camp — prosthetic screening and fitting
Program 02 02

Rehabilitation Camps

Our outreach camps bring clinical expertise directly to communities — to rural areas, urban slums, and district hospitals where individuals with disabilities may never otherwise access a specialist.

Each camp combines free screening, orthopaedic assessment, device demonstration, and direct referral for those who need further clinical intervention. Camps are planned in partnership with local NGOs, Lions Clubs, government bodies, and corporate CSR partners.

What Happens at a Camp
1Pre-camp outreach — community mobilisation 2 weeks in advance via local partners

3Clinical screening by CPO and assistant — stump assessment, mobility evaluation
4On-site device fitting for eligible candidates (immediate-fit devices where available)
5Referral letters issued for complex cases requiring full clinical appointments
Who Attends
  • Any specially-abled individual — attendance is completely free and open
  • No prior appointment or referral needed to attend a camp
  • Family members and caregivers welcome for consultation
  • Camp schedule announced 2–3 weeks in advance on Instagram and Facebook
Patient assistance and rehabilitation support
Program 03 03

Patient Assistance Fund

Some patients need more than a device — they need travel support, temporary accommodation, post-operative care, or consumables during rehabilitation. The Patient Assistance Fund covers these gaps that most medical programmes ignore.

Disbursals are made directly to verified beneficiaries or service providers, never in cash to intermediaries. Every disbursal is documented and reported in our annual audit.

Program 04 04

Crowdfunding Support

Individuals and families facing high prosthetic costs can run verified fundraising campaigns through Humable Foundation — giving them access to our donor network, 80G tax benefits, and end-to-end campaign management support.

Unlike third-party crowdfunding platforms, funds raised through us are held in our audited accounts and disbursed directly to service providers — giving donors full confidence and beneficiaries full protection.

How a Campaign Works
1Applicant submits campaign request with clinical documents and cost estimate
2Foundation verifies need, estimated device cost, and creates campaign page
3Campaign shared across our donor network, social media, and CSR partner base
4Donations collected with 80G receipts issued to every donor automatically
5Funds disbursed directly to Pro-Ortho Perfect clinic for device fabrication and fitting
Who Can Apply
  • Individuals requiring prosthetic or orthotic care with documented clinical need
  • Families unable to afford full device cost even with partial subsidy
  • Cases referred by hospitals, doctors, or social workers given priority
  • Campaign must be for legitimate medical/device cost — no personal expenses
Medical tourism facilitation for international patients
Program 05 05

Medical Tourism Facilitation

India offers world-class prosthetic and orthotic care at a fraction of international costs. Humable Foundation facilitates access to this care for international patients — coordinating clinical appointments, device fabrication, accommodation, and follow-up through our partner clinic network.

This is a fee-based facilitation service. Net proceeds support the Foundation's charitable programmes. All medical services are delivered by BAPO/ISPO-standard certified clinicians at Pro-Ortho Perfect India's clinics.

What We Coordinate
1Initial teleconsultation with clinical team — review of existing reports and stump assessment via video
2Travel advisory — visa, airport transfers, recommended accommodation near Thane clinic
3Clinical appointment scheduling — device assessment, casting, fabrication (typically 10–21 days)
4Fitting and gait training sessions at Pro-Ortho Perfect clinic
5Remote follow-up support after return — adjustments coordinated with local prosthetist if needed
Important Note
  • This is a facilitation service, not a charitable programme — it is fee-based
  • Enquiries from patients in SAARC countries may qualify for partial subsidy
  • FCRA regulations apply — all foreign payments via designated FCRA account
  • Net proceeds from this programme support our free prosthetic access work in India
